Review of Affordable Art Fair experience

My review of the Affordable Art Fair experience.

I really enjoyed the whole experience of my first ever Affordable Art Fair. My fellow exhibitors from East London Printmakers were all fantastic. A joy to work with and all faultlessly arranged and organised by Steve Edwards and all involved – we knew exactly what to do and when to do it ! The hang was busy, very much ‘salon’ style ! – it looked great – well done and a big Thank You to the hanging team !.

The 2 photos above were pinched off the East London Printmakers blog so thank you to whoever took them ! www.eastlondonprintmakers.co.uk

The 3 days I spent helping to man the stand were very enjoyable. I loved meeting and chatting to people about my, and other artists’, prints and printmaking techniques. The stand was very lively and busy the whole of the weekend and we all made a good number of sales.

My ‘Wall’s Ice Cream’ 15 layer screen print was one that I sold – to a very nice man who stopped to chat for a while, went away to look round the rest of the fair, and then came back to buy it !
